Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email within 5-7 business days to use on your next Diva Boutique purchase.
